How long is your waitlist for mental health services?

At this time, there is no waitlist for any services listed on our mental health page.

How long does the mental health assessment take to complete?

This is person-specific, however it usually takes about 1-2 hours to complete. If the person receiving services is under 18 years of age, we will need to speak with a parent/guardian to complete part of the assessment. This may add additional time.

How many counseling sessions will it take for me to feel better?

This question is also person-specific. Some will feel better after one session with our clinical team, while it may take longer for others.
